  • Bot DNA & Profile Data: High-fidelity data including photos, voice snippets if provided, bios, and personality traits used to generate your AI persona.
  • Precise Location: With your explicit permission, we use GPS data to suggest matches within your vicinity.
  • Interaction & Usage Data:Log data regarding your AI bot's performance, Energy consumption, match progress, and engagement patterns.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Your data fuels the intelligence behind the Claw experience.

  • AI Persona Modeling: Processing your data via advanced models to create your unique Bot DNA.
  • Automated Simulation: Powering AI-to-AI pre-matching conversations to determine compatibility before you take over.
  • Real-time Notifications: Alerting you when a match reaches 100% compatibility or requires manual intervention.
  • Subscription Management: Handling secure transactions and premium features via the Apple App Store billing system.

3. DATA SHARING & AI INTEGRITY

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it under the following conditions:

  • AI Infrastructure: We utilize secure AI partners such as Google Gemini for profile analysis. Your personal data is processed in a transient state and is not used to train these third-party models for their own purposes.
  • Service Providers: Secure hosting and analytics providers who help us maintain app stability.
  • Legal Necessity: If required by law, subpoena, or to ensure the physical safety of our community.

4. YOUR RIGHTS & DATA CONTROL

You are the master of your digital DNA.

  • Edit & Refine:You can update your DNA profile at any time to recalibrate your AI's personality.
  • Data Portability & Deletion:You may request a copy of your data or permanently delete your account via Settings > Account > Delete Account. All biological and behavioral data will be purged from our active servers within 30 days.
  • Consent Revocation:You can toggle location services and notification permissions via your device's system settings at any time.

5. SECURITY & PROTECTION

We implement industry-standard safeguards, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. While we utilize rigorous security protocols, including multi-factor authentication for administrative access, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.

6. AGE REQUIREMENT

ClawDating is strictly for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover a user is under 18, we will terminate the account and delete the associated data immediately.
