Welcome to ClawDating. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

1. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION

  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information. Misrepresenting your identity or using deepfake photos of others to create a Bot DNA is strictly prohibited.
  • Social Verification: We may require social media linking such as Instagram to verify the authenticity of your profile.

2. THE BOT DNA & AI SERVICES

ClawDating utilizes generative AI to simulate your personality for initial matching.

  • AI Representation:You acknowledge that your AI bot's conversations are simulations based on the data you provide. We are not responsible for unintended or out-of-character responses generated by the AI.
  • The Takeover: Once a match reaches 100% or a Takeover is triggered, you are responsible for all manual communication.
  • Energy System: Access to certain AI features may require Energy or Tokens. These are virtual items with no monetary value and are non-refundable.

3. USER CONDUCT & CONTENT

You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant ClawDating a license to use it to train your specific Bot DNA.

Prohibited Content: You may not upload or direct your AI to generate hate speech, harassment, explicit sexual violence, deceptive content, scam-bot behaviors, or intellectual property belonging to others.

Reporting: We reserve the right to ban any user whose AI or manual behavior violates our community standards.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PURCHASES

  • Billing: All premium subscriptions and Energy top-ups are processed through the Apple App Store.
  • Cancellations: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support as per their standard policy.

5. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • As-Is Service: ClawDating is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that your AI will find a match or that matches will lead to offline relationships.
  • Interaction Risk: We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline. Always exercise caution when meeting people in person.
  • AI Hallucinations: While we use state-of-the-art models such as Google Gemini, AI may occasionally provide inaccurate information. Use AI-generated insights at your own risk.

6. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, or as specified by the App Store's regional requirements.
